Dale is an intellectual property and registered patent attorney.  Dale Jensen is proud to have helped more than 750 inventors patent their thoughts and ideas worldwide. His passion for intellectual property law was first sparked during his more than 20 years of experience as an engineer. Dale understands the work and passion inventors have for their ideas. Dale is registered with the United States patent and Trademark Office and has vast patent prosecution experience, in both domestic and international patent matters. This extraordinary level of professionalism and experience provides our clients with great results.

Dale originally earned a bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering and a master’s degree in computer and electrical engineering, a field that he pursued for 20 years. His experience as an inventor and engineer uniquely qualifies him to represent clients seeking to safeguard their intellectual property. Details are especially important in intellectual property law. Dale is able to understand complex technical concepts and describe even the most difficult inventive concepts in proper legal language.
